Online Presence

We are asked many times if we can take "payments".  Our Canine Wellness Plan is broken into 12 automatic credit card payments.     There is a one time set-up fee of $35.00 that will be collected with your first payment.   The following services and products will be included in the plan.

  • One yearly Veterinary Exam with bath
  • One 6-month limited exam with bath
  • Rabies (1 year or 3 year, if qualified)
  • (1) DHPP or (1)DHLPP * Vaccination (w/booster, if needed)
  • Bordetella Vaccination
  • Yearly Heartworm Test
  • 6 Nail Trims, as needed
  • Yearly Fecal Test & de-worming, if needed
  • (12) Monthly Flea, Heartworm, Intestinal Parasite Prevention** (per Vets recommendation for your dog's size/breed and product availability. 
  • BONUS:  10% off all additional necessary exams, medications or procedures (anything NOT covered through the above listed services) throughout the year as long as payment account is current.
  • Puppies under 6 months of age are not eligible for the Wellness Plan.  (See our Puppy Plan Pricing for the best deals).   The price is determined by breed and the adult size your dog will be.
  • PLAN PRICING:
  • Small:  up to 20# as an adult        $35.00/month plus one $35.00 lifetime enrollment fee
  • Med:    21-40# as an adult            $38.00/month plus one $35.00 lifetime enrollment fee
  • Large:  41-120#:as an adult          $40.00/month plus one $35.00 enrollment fee
  • Giant:  120 plus # as an adult:      $59.00/month plus one $35.00 enrollment fee

*  If your pet has never had a Leptospirosis vaccination, a booster is required 3 weeks after the first vaccine is given. (Included with plan).

** NEW clients will receive one preventative Product per month for the first 3 months of the plan.  Thereafter, product will be dispensed 3 months at a time.

This plan can not be combined with any special offers, packages or rebates. 

​You must have a valid Credit Card or Debit Card.  

Care Credit can NOT be used for the Wellness Plan.

The cost of the plan is subject to change yearly.  If there are any increases the client will be notified at least 30 days in advance. 

Management reserves the right to limit the number of plans that are active.  Management will honor ALL existing plans, but reserves the option to cancel this program at any time.
